Facelift Anyone?

It's hard to believe 2013 is already upon us!  Our theme for the year is REJUVENATION! As we slip into the new year, we are also getting a facelift.  We are excited to announce incremental, but important, changes at the TLC Inn.  The first is we are turning 100% non-smoking.  However, we are happy to accommodate our smoking guests with designated smoking areas outside.

Second, we have installed a whole new electronic lock system!  Super upscale! This provides added safety and security for our guests. Along with the locks, we plan to paint all the guest room doors, giving the hotel a much cleaner, nicer look.

You will notice other improvements throughout 2013, designed to make your stay more relaxing, beautiful and comfortable.

Please know that even with the upgrades, we will remain your favorite low-priced stay in Bozeman. Our goal is to be the absolute nicest, safest, most luxurious and yet reasonably priced place to stay.  Don't think we can do it? Watch us!

It is a gorgeous chilly, fall day here in Bozeman! All day so far, the last leaves have been falling from the trees and the parking lot is covered in a yellowish-green lush covering. The sky is a cloudless blue sky....it is an amazingly, beautiful Saturday!

Anyway, we hope that you all are having a great start to your fall/winter seasons. Trust we will see you again soon! Until then, enjoy this scenic time of the year :)!

And so begins a Bozeman winter!

Hello All!

Just wanted to announce our first snow of the season here in Bozeman!

The snowcapped mountains really add so much beauty to an already gorgeous place! The photo to the left is from late last winter, but I am certainly looking forward to many more views like this during this winter season!

Come visit us and enjoy the vast wintersports opportunities Bozeman has to offer! From snowshoeing Hyalite Canyon, to skiing Bridger Bowl, to building a snowman on the TLC Inn lawn, you are sure to have a blast in Bozeman during the winter!

TLC Tuesday Treeday!

 Today was a terrific Tuesday at the Inn! As can be seen through the photos at the left, we had some serious downed trees! There was no storm; this was a planned event. While we have beautiful trees surrounding the TLC, some of these trees were so healthy and robust that they had begun to block our sign. For this reason, we got them thinned.

As can be seen through the second photo, some of the TLC Inn staff took this as a brief opportunity to head outside and strike a pose with the downed trees of TLC before they got hauled off.

Next time you stop by to stay with us for a while, you will be sure to view our sign immediately!

Hello TLC Inn Blogspot Followers!

As I sit here writing this post, we are rapidly approaching the end of another summer here in Bozeman.

Every summer, Bozeman gets the opportunity to welcome a number of students from various countries and TLC Inn is lucky enough to be blessed with several of them as temporary employees!

Anna and I celebrating our birthdays!

This summer we were privileged to be able to welcome two students on as part of our amazing housekeeping staff; Sandra joined us from her home country of Slovenia (she is pictured with me to the left) and Anna (she is also pictured to the left) joined us from the Ukraine. However, as always happens, good things come to an end and our students are leaving us. Anna left us several weeks back and is back to her studies in the Ukraine and Sandra will be departing shortly for a month of travel here in the States before returning to graduate!

While I am very sad to see them go, I am excited to have had the opportunity to meet these two AWESOME students and I know that they will always be a part of the greater, diverse, and international TLC Inn Family.

In conclusion, I want to thank Sandra and Anna for the following highlights of the summer:

Having an international fourth of July  - - countries represented: Slovenia, Czech Republic, the Ukraine, and the United States

Getting sprayed by the Walmart sprinklers while watching the fireworks

Teaching you to make lasagna for the very first time

Introducing you to the joys of FroYo (frozen yogurt)

Taking a road trip to Yellowstone National Park during which Sandra and I were dressed identically as the "tour guides"

Spending a summer evening watching a gorgeous sunset

Celebrating our birthdays together

Thank you Sandra and Anna for your part at TLC Inn this summer! You will be missed, but always remembered fondly for your contribution to the TLC family. Stay in touch and visit again, PLEASE!
